If you are using internet explorer - please follow these steps.

  1. Press the Alt Key - Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options. Step 1
  2. Click the Security tab and click on Internet. Verify that the security level for this zone is set to medium high. Step 3
  3. Click the Security tab and click on Trusted sites. Step 3
  4. Verify that the security level for the trusted sites zone is set to medium.
  5. Uncheck the Enable Protected Mode.
  6. Click on Sites.
  7. Type in this website url (https://sagecoretech.com/accounts/kiss) in the space provided , uncheck 'require server verification' and click Add. Step 4
  8. Click on Close and then click OK.
  9. Restart your browser and come back to this page.
